Chuck has a true expert on setups including intricate nut adjustments and string heights. Most importantly he pays attention to customer concerns and gets your guitar back promptly. Awesome job. Keep up the great work, you keep my guitars happy which makes my fingers happy!

I am beyond thrilled with basement trader ! I've been using Bassment Trader / Chuck for my guitars for a few years know. I am always impressed with his responsive service, communication and very fair prices. Chuck does excellent work on guitar setups and repairs. He always comes through in a timely manner, especially when I really need him to get me out of a jam. The Laravee acoustic-electric I bought plays and sounds fantastic. The top-coat cracked repair looks great and is holding strong.

I had neglected my electric bass and my acoustic/electric bass for years. I decided to start playing again and brought them to Chuck at bassmenttrader. He did a fantastic job of putting them in ready-to-play condition! I highly recommend him!

Always inexpensive, easy to work with and he is always a vast library of knowledge when it come to instruments. If he doesn't have what your looking for, he help you find it, that's just how chuck is.

Have bought several things from Chuck over the years. Everything is always in impeccable playing condition. Glad I happened to see this latest buy, an acoustic electric bass, before it got snatched up. Oh, btw, Chuck is a great guy too
